I am currently under 485 in EB2 at the NSC. PD 8/98 and RD for 485 is 4/00.
I believe I satisfy (or have a chance at shooting for) the criteria for the EB1 - international prize, publications etc.
My question is - is it worthwhile for me to try this? If I put in an I140 now, is it likely to be quicker than the EB2 route where I am at the 485 AOS stage already?
Would appreciate knowing if you have info.
