MyRD=9/29/99, ND=10/7/99, EB1 OR. I saw some post saying that FP notice was recvd for ND=10/25/99. I checked the message and the lawyer but told no FP notice yet. I start to worry about it. Is there anybody still waiting for FP notice with ND=early Oct/99? does INS change the message after sending out FP notice? For my case, do I expect RFE? Do they send out FP and RFE together? If that is the case, do they change the message?
