Hi everyone!!
I am a little worried about my case, the reason is because my lawyer never send in my application the time he should. Me and my wife file my I 485 and EAD in april and thought that everything is going fine. We have being waiting for 6 month, called and visited our lawyer office so much time, we ask about the temp ead and my lawyer assitance said that i cannot get it i have to wait, the same thing over and over again. Some of the reason i am worried is because my wife job letter cannot pass 30 days, my medical test too and it have being 6 month yep. My lawyer just file my paper Oct 1/03 and i am worried if ins is going to aprove it. If not i am going to sue my lawyer till i cannot sue no more, they are the one that mess up and keeping lying to me that everything is fine. Anyone with advice please respond, thank yu!!!
