Hello, My project is ending this month end , i don't get any pay on bench
My RD is :01/15/02, and ND is 01/16/02, I don't know when i get my approval.but i got the good offer with same salary range, and with same job responsibilities. I don't know whether my current employer(green card sponser) does agree for this, or is thare any problem that he will create. please anybody advise.......fyi....My attorney would be same attorney as i am paying from my pocket.

I think you can join the new company and use AC-21 law to continue your I-485 application. You have already passed more than 180 days, so there should not be anything that your sponsoring employer can do at this point. Try to get the I-140 approval notice if you can,at least a copy.
My personal opinion you should be fine.
What's your attorney's opinion??
