Worried! Might get REF!

So far, I had been thinking mine was a clear case.

RD -- 09/17/2001
ND-- 11/13/2001
FP-- 01/30/2002
Never changed an employer. Never changed an address (different state etc).

I went to my son's school orientation today. They checked his immunization records and told me that the date was missing in those.

We filed the same papers to INS too. Will I get an REF!

No! HOPE NOT!

Don't worry, standard RFEs like that will only delay your case by about 2 weeks at most. Just to be prepared, get the properly date documented immunization papers from the doctor/clinic who administered them now.

If and when you receive RFE you can immediately respond and the case should be adjudicated and approved immediately (they keep open RFE cases at the top of the pile).

It is more complicated cases like employment that sometime leads to local office transfers. Those people have to wait an extra 5-6 months in some cases.
