There were a couple of mistakes in my EAD. I called the IO officer at Vermont. She said that the changes are made to my 485 application and Advance Parole application.
But since EAD was already approved and since it was the mistake of my attorney not INS, she told that I need to file it again.
I guess filing for another EAD will not affect my 485 application processing time - Is it true?
I guess the "180 days rule" holds good for me since my ND for my 485 which is - December 18th -It will not be affected - Right??
Its really frustrating when attorneys do such mistakes and we have to pay the price ...
