worried about no communication from USCIS

Freinds, my wife and I applied N400 and have completed FP on 8/4/10. No news since then. My details are given below. Please advise.

DO: Fairfax,VA
Application sent: 6/30/2010
I think my PD is 7/14/10
FP done : 8/4/10 - this was date of actual FP appointment.

Just relax, you should look at the Washington, DC thread to see the likely path your N400 process is going to take. You are concerned about an non-issue here. Unless you were told by USCIS that you are the only one who applied for naturalization in the DC metropolitan area, there are lot of people ahead of you dude. For now, enjoy your life and the N400 issue will sort itself out. If you did FP in June and no communication from them, I would be concerned, agh....nothing here folks...
 
Yup, I did my FP since July 30 even though it was originally scheduled for August 16th and only got my YL yesterday. A couple of weeks back when I called them about not hearing from them they said in the DC area they are still rpcessing January 10th priority dates. Chill not hearing form them sooner is better than hearing bad news from them.

i know you worried a lot ,i send my friend application on June 14 ,and she did her Fp on July 23........she just got her YL on 9/11/10.......it is Fairfax VA ofcours........i think time line in Washington area is slow
