Hi friends
I was arrested for a small domestic incident, and the case was dismissed after the diversion program. I am waiting on the approval of my I-485. My attorney said it's going to be OK.
I am planning to visit my parents overseas, but I heard INS is checking fingerprint with FBI database at the boarder. I am worried now. Immigration Service may deny my re-entry. Anyone have experiences with boarder entry experience recently? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I was told, that if you enter with AP you can walk through the US Citizens/Permanent Resident lane and you would not be fingerprinted.

Thank for your reply. I am glad I can walk through Citizen/PR lane without being fingerprinted! Thanks again!

I recently used AP for re-entry from a trip to my homecountry. I entered through "Visitor" lane. I didn't get fingerprinted either.
