Working with EAD Receipt?

Hi guys,

I have applied for EAD renewal for second time. I have not got any approval yet, but my current EAD is going to expire in next month. So can I work on EAD receipt without approval notice?

Gurus please advice me.

Nope..You have to have approved status of EAD..

Do u want to know what uscis told me... it is upto employer....whether employer can allow u work after ead expires.... when I asked them , is it legal to work after ead expires, they said no (they don't know what they are saying). If it already more than 90 days, then go for infopass and tell them to process it as you need it, that may help. Search in the forum , there are other threads with same issue.
