I was previusoly on H1B, lost the job in three months and I am currenly on H4 status. ( I have H4 viasa stamped on passport). Now another employer will file my H1B within one week.
Please avice when can I start working?
Can I start working after getting the receipt from INS ? How much time does it take to get the rceipt from INS after filing the H1B visa.?
Can I work before Oct 1,2004 or Do I need to wait for quota to be open?
Does premier processing will help in accerating the case?
