Working spouse on EAD before I-140 approval

Hi All,
I am working on H1B to company A. I took approved labour (EB3) from Company B and they applied for I-140, I-765 and I-485 5 months back.
Me and my wife's EAD approved 1 month back. I-140 is not yet approved. My question is :
Can my wife work on EAD for any employer even before my I-140 is approved while I am working on H1B for a different employer (Company A) other than who filed my I-140 and I-485?
If something happens to my I-140, can she come back to H-4 without any problems? What are the complications involved?

Thanks

you'll be in trouble if 140 is denied. she cannot return to H4 status once EAD is used.
I would wait for 140 approval and then have my wife work on EAD.

Yes, your wife can work with EAD. If your I-140 ie denied, she needs to leave her job and change her immigration status to H4 immediately, by filing I-539 form.
