I am married to a US citizen and we have 1 daugther, I was petitioned by my wife year 2007, when the immigration officer interviewed us I was denied because I came to this country with a different name, we filed I290B for motion of considatarion. My basic concern right now is my work permit, last year 2008-2009, when I renewed my EAD I was worried because it was over 6 months and my EAD didin't came in yet, I went to the immigration office and they said I am denied because my petitioned was denied too. Few weeks later my EAD came.
Year 2009 I renewed my EAD again and was set up for finger print, I did my finger print, and when I came home on the same day when I did my finger print I received a letter from immigration chicago office that my EAD is denied, I even check it to the website USCIS and it denied.
Is there anyway that I can renewed my EAD? I need help
