Working Part-time on vacation with EAD

Hello,

I have a one question. I am on bench from last 2 months. My employer is showing me on personal vacation in payroll and he is not paying me righnow. I filed my I485 last year in June-2002. I want to ask you that can I work part time with EAD in vacation till I get my new project. Is there is problem or issues with that.... Any suggession.....

Yes you can. Having an EAD would permit you to work full time / part time in any job description, as long as you maintain employee status(being on time off without pay would still help you maintain employee status) through whom you filed your I485(and EAD).
Alternately you can also benefit from AC21 as you have crossed the 180day waiting period to switch jobs after filing I485
