My husband has labor substituted to work in state of GA. He applied for concurrent filing for I140 and 485 in oct 2002. We got our EAD. I want to move to other state to work, somewhere in North like Washington or NY. My husband works as a consultant and travels all the time. It does not matter to him if I move somewhere. Will there be any problem if we change our address to a state where his LC was not approved?
