Hi All,

My husband got EAD from my greencard process. He is on H4 visa on my H1B. Is he eligible to work anywhere (any job, like software job) without any employer? or does he still have to work with the employer.

can be a Mc D server or a CEO. you are the one who has to maintain the primary job which you got the labor cleared for.

Heh heh ... its going to be very difficult to work WITHOUT an employer

But yeah, he's free to do any job he likes.
