working on EAD

Hi All,

My husband got EAD from my greencard process. He is on H4 visa on my H1B. Is he eligible to work anywhere (any job, like software job) without any employer? or does he still have to work with the employer.

please let me know.

He can work for any employer (starting from Dunkin Donuts to IBM), provided if he has an employer to run his payroll.
