Hi Friends,
i am in a cruicial situation to take some important decision. i got an opportunity which is very much suitable for my skills. I am currently working on a H1 visa with an employer other than my sponsoring employer with whom i need to work after getting my Final approval. I filed my 485 in December 2002. I got my EAD approved and also I-140 approved too.
The new job i got the offer, that employer is not sponsoring H1 visa. I still have 2 years 3 months of H1 visa period left. If at all i have to join the new company i need to start working on EAD but not through Sponsoring Employer or for sponsoring employer.
What is the risk involved i getting RFE in future for the officer handling my case or other risks to get my Green Card processing Rejected?
I need an immediate response.
