Working on EAD, I94 expiring. Should renew or not?

Hi

I appreciate if you guys can help me with the situation.

We applied for I485 in november 2001, and my wife is working on EAD from last two months. Her VISA and I94 are expiring next month, I have my H1 VISA and I94 valid till end of this year. Question is whether I have to renew her H4 or not, because she is working on EAD?

You should be OK

apply for renewal of EAD 3-4 months before it expires. Use AP for travel. You do not need to get your visa revalidated or your H1 extended or your spouse\'s H4 extended once you have both started using EAD.
