I am a total newbee. So please pardon my simple questions.
There are rumours that there may be layoffs in my company and many of us may be affected. I have applied for I485 in Sep 01 and have just sent my EAD for renewal. My H1 expires in July 03. I have following questions:
1. Can you work for another employer on EAD?
2. After 180 days of applying 485, can you change the job?
3. If you do not get RFE (which I understand is uncommon now a days), do you need to do anything but sit tight?
4. Any other things to know in this situation?
