I am working full time for Company "A" on EAD while AOS is pending and using AC 21. My employment is being terminated and I will be on the bench for 4 days and will receive one weeks severance pay after that.
While I am on bench with company "A" can I join Company "B" using AC 21 & EAD and receive fulltime wages from both the companies for those 4 days without affecting my AOS.
There will be an overlap of about 4 days wherein I will receive full time wages from both the companies.
