working offshore and H1B status

I will working in India for a couple of months on a project. How does this affect my H1B status if I get paid in Indian Ruppees ? Does it affect the Green Card processing in any way? I recently filed for Adjustment of status.

Any reply will be appreciated.

No, it doesn\'t affect anything.
I was in similiar situation, working in Germany for 6 months.
I came back 12/29, entered at SFO, no problems at all
(I expected questions so I requested a letter from a company
explaining my situation, you may wanna do the same, just
to be on a safe side)
