working in H1 and studying

Hi,

I am working in H1 and want to do some part time courses. my questions are :

1. first of all, can i study while working in H1 ?
2. If i can study, do i need to obtain student visa for that ?
3. so, can i have student visa & H1 both at the same time ?

Not a problem to study part-time on H1. If you switch to full-time study then you'd need a student visa.
