I am a GC holder and will be sending my n400 application this week. i have lived continuously in the u.s. for 5 1/2 years and got married to a canadian citizen a few months ago. i plan to petition my husband as soon as i get my citizenship but in the meantime i want to spend some time with him because we have been in a long distance relationship for 4 years before we got married and we just can't stand being apart anymore especially now that we're married. what are the implications if i work in canada for 3-5 months while my N400 is being processed?
