working for two companies on H1

Hi:

Can I work full time in one company on H1 and part time in another company on a different H1. Thanks in advance.
 
Does the I-797 form will have both companies listed or is that going to be a separate I-797 form for each company.
 
So the company A won't know what other employer has employed me. Similarly Company B won't know about the employer A. Is that what it is?
