Working for multiple clients (1 full time and 1 part time) on a Single H1B

I have this situation. I am a H1B holder. Currently I am working for a consulting company, working full time with client A. There is another company B, who is willing to hire me as a PART-TIME contractor. I know that I can't have multiple jobs with a single H1B.. but I work for the consulting company.

So, if my payroll is processed by my employer (consulting company), is it ok to work part time with the client B? the Client B won't file different H1B to hire me.

I just want to make sure from you guys before I reject the part time offer!

I think it will be a violation of H1B labor application unless your labor app mentioned about a full time and a part time job.
