I am working for company A, and applying GC through both company A and B. The I-140 through Company B was approved recently (EB2). I am still waiting for the LC to be approved through company A (EB3). Company A has much higher job security than company B. However, it takes much longer to move the process forward. I have several questions:
1. Can I go ahead file I-485 through Company B while I am still with Company A? Will this have negative impact on the application process? If the case is approved, how lone should I be with Company B to make the GC legal?
2. If my I-140 is approve through company A before Company B\'s I-485 is approved, can I terminate the previous I-485 and start a new one with Company A?
