My situation is different...I am working on h1 with my parent GC company...same time I want to work part time on w2...it will be any problem!!?
My h1 will invalid even I am owrking on H1 still!!?


Urgetn help needed!!!!!
 
I don't know what you mean by "working on w2", but you can have 2 H-1's to work for 2 companies. If you use your EAD, then your H-1 is invalid. So, you have to file a new I-9 form with your H-1 employer.
 
I am sorry w2 mean on EAD...if i work on EAD with other company while i am working on h1 with parent company... is it fine or not!!?

what will happened to my h1!!?anyhow i am done with my h1 6 yrs also...i may be need to extend yrly..

to work with 2nd employer on EAD (W2)...do i need to file anything with INS!!??
 
Like I said before, if you use your EAD, your H-1 is invalid; you are no longer H-1 worker.

You can work for 2 companies, but you are working for 2 companies with your EAD, not with your EAD and H-1.

You don't need to do anything, but your employer has to file a new I-9 to indicate that you are working on an EAD.
