I need your advise for my problem
I was in US on H1B from May'2002 till Sep'03. Since the company which had sponsored my H1b had already closed operations thanks to Dot Boom bust I went to US on my own and worked there as a freelancer taking cash payments and staying with my friends.I did NOT overstay and returned back in time.
Now I don't have any Tax papers, payslips and all those documents, can I again apply for a fresh H1B becaz with my current profile and experience I got good offers but could not chase them due to this situation.
Please let me know if anyone has any advise or if they know any similar case becaz I surely don't want to see my dream of working in US finished.
