Worked illegally Applied for I-485

Folks,

Is there any one who had worked illegally while in F-1 had gotten their GC without filing 245(i).
I have filed my I-485 and did not file 245(i), I did not knew about it. I worked without authorization under crucial situation getting check.
Am I in trouble?
EB3 PD12/97, ND 12/99 FP 04/17/01

Hi Kumar,
   You will be alright. Since your PD is 12/97, you are very well covered under old grandfathered 245(i). With new LIFE act, you are in a very strong ground. Do not get panic. If INS finds it, they may send you a \'Intent to deny\' notice. That time you can file 245(i) and pay a fine of $1000. You are totally covered by 245(i). Do not worry.

    I am confident that you are 99.9% safe.
