question on working w/ EAD after H-1

will use EAD after H-1. I know I need copy EAD to my
firm. But our firm doesn't know what to do with it.
should the firm send out any forms?

I had the same situation. The EAD card can be used to satisfy the I9 requirements which all employees (even citizens) have to meet. I took the card to our Human Resources department. They needed to have the original, and then they made a photocopy for my employment file. Find out who in your firm handles the I9 paperwork, and then show that person your EAD.

thx a LOT!!!

I still remeber they enrolled I-9 for my H-1. OK, I'll
remind them to re-file I-9 for my EAD.
