My friend has a H1B valid till next year end and a valid EAD card till May next year as well. He came back to US after visiting India, couple of weeks back by using his Advance Parole.
Now following question he has in his mind about his work status (He is not sure about it and didn't talk to his company or attorney yet on it):
1. Should he work on his H1B, after entering to US by using AP.
2. Should he work on EAD, after entering to US by using AP.
3. If he should work on EAD, then can he go back on H1B status. If yes, what is the process?
