My father got a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa at Chennai. He just completed his elementary school, but has a foundry business of his own in India and 40 years experience in the automobile field. He is interested in staying and working in the US in the same field. I not sure what I can do for him. Is there any provision in the INS to take a work permit or should he go for a status change. I'm entirely new to all this, any pointers in this will be of lot of help to me. Thanks in advance.
