Hi,

I had two questions

1. Can I work for two employers simultaneously if I have H1 from both companies?

2. If so, can I work full time for one employer and part time for second employer (20 hrs / week)?

3. Does H1 have any requirement of full-time work or does it allow part-time work?

generally yes. second h1 should be filed as concurrent because you intent to use both simulataneously. also you should have consent from both employers

3. Does H1 have any requirement of full-time work or does it allow part-time work?generally h1 people should work fulltime which is 40hr/wk. there are some exceptions due the business needs or medical reason or company operating procedures etc.

I am not sure if you can work on 2 jobs on 2 ifferent H1s. A H1b is entitled for one full time job and cannot be combined with other H1. The moment you start using the second H1 you have to forfeit the use of the first H1B. AFAIK there is no provision for multiple jobs using H1B

NO. Can saigc pl confirm this?

If you work part time on a given H1 I think there is a special type of category for this. Please confirm with a lawyer before making any decisions.
3. Does H1 have any requirement of full-time work or does it allow part-time work?
H1Bs are generally issued for full time work only.
