Hello Forum Members
My LC and I-140 was filed and approved when I was working in CA and have been approved. I then moved to NC with the same employer and department and I am applying for my I-485 (PD - Dec 2002). My employer is willing to issue an employment letter stating that the work location as CA (same as on LC and I-140). My questions are:
1. If I use my NC residence address, will it cause any issues?
2. Can USCIS question why I am in NC when the job offer states a CA address?
3. I understand that I have to go back to CA at some stage. When would that be?
Any guidance from esteemed members will be sincerely appreciated.
With thanks,
