here is my situation, I am expecting to receive my labor certification approval real soon and my 6th year H1b will expire on Jan 07. At this point, I have my mind set to head back to my own country. However, there is a small chance that my company will keep me for another year or so to work for them remotely.
my question is as follow:
What can LC do if i leave the US? Can I use it to re-enter the US?
What if i quit the job later on, will the LC do any good for me (in terms of re-entry to the US)
Do i need a H1b extension to work for my present employer?
