As I'm not sure whether I need file PERM right now,is it possible for me to work first in a company (who can file PERM) and then file PERM some time later when it's necessary?

I'm new here,please give me your advice.Thanks.

YES you can

Remember that for traditional LC and PERM, experience with the same company in the same position cannot be used.

e.g. if in the LC/PERM ,company A states that 1 year's experience is required for software engineer job, you cannot use the experience you gained with that company A to apply for a software engineer LC.

However PERM allows experience with the same company if the PERM application is for a position that is substantially different i.e. has different job responsibilities.

Therefore, it's all in the wording of the LC.

Hope this helps.

P.S. I'm no lawyer!
