work experience requirement in the LC ad

I talked to my company lawyer today about the ad that is going to be used for my RIR process. My current position requires Java and programming related skills. I had some on-campus jobs when I was at school, which could be equivalent to 1 year full time experience. The catch is all my previous experience is about creating websites (HTML mostly), it's not that related to my current position requirement. The lawyer told me he prefered not to use my experience in the ad. Sounds like a bit waste, does anybody have any comment? Thanks!
 
Making job requirement solely based on education makes it entry-level position. You might get query from SESA/DOL asking for on campus recruitment.

I am not saying it's not possible to get approval, but definitely you will have hard time convincing DOL.
