Work Expereince overlapping with Graduation time period

Hi ,

I have completed my graduation in 1997 Sep. But I have started working from 1994 May as programmer and I used to support my self. As I have studied Bachelor of Sceince , I needed to attend only practical session and my college was not particular about attending regular classes. So I was able to manage to work at the same time.

Now Since I have my work expereince overlapping with Graduation , Is it an issue for I-140 application. Does the CIS consider the Overlapping expereince also as long as you work.

Please throw somelight on this.

This should not be an issue in usual case. Paid experience can only be counted. Also, if it is a part-time experience, it will be counted only for 1/2 credit.

Most likely you could get RFE on education. So prepare your documents gearing towards that.
