I'm from Holland and I got married last year in the US to an US citizen.
We filed a:
I-130 (Petition for alien relative)
I-765 (work authorization)
I-485 (Apply for perm. Residence)
2 months later in 02-'05 I got a work card to be able to work for 1 year. And i saw online on that I-765 status that it was approved.
We then never heard from our I-765 nor from the I-130 and my work card will run out in about 5 months.
Does any one know what we have to do? Can we renew that card? how? are there any other steps we have to take and may not forget?
