Wording entirly different on my new Advance Parole. I am worried. Experts please help

I am really worried please help me. I do not know whether I should travel or not. I am thinking that I might be in trouble while entering into US. Please help me UN, ginnu and other experts.

I have two Advance Parole documents;
1. Previous one, which is expired in Dec 2006
2. New one, which is valid until Dec 2007


1. Wording on previous Advance Parole as follows:

Authorization of Parole of an Alien into United States (title on top right corner)

Presentation of this original document prior to xx/yy/zzzz will authorize an immigration officer at port of entry in the United States to permit the bearer, whose photograph appears hereon, to enter the United States.

Authorization: The named bearer was authorized to depart the United States temporally for bona fide business or personnel reasons and intend to return to the United States to await the adjudication of his/her application for adjustment of status. Blah blah ...

2. Wording on New Advance Parole as follows:

I-512L, Authorization of Parole of an Alien into United States (title on top right corner, I do not know why there is I-512L)

Parole: blah blah ... The bearer depart the United States temporarily and intend to return the united status to resume processing adjustment of status application. Presentation of the original of this document prior to xx/yy/zzzz allows a Customs and Border Protection Inspector at a port of entry to parole the named bearer, whose photograph appears heron, into the United states based upon urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefits. Blah blah ..


I have following questions:

1. On new Advance Parole, what is I-512L ??

2. New Advance Parole says -- Customs and Border Protection
Inspector shall allows me into United States based upon urgent
humanitarian reasons or significant public benefits. I want to leave US
based on the personnel reasons and enter into US with new Advance
Parole. I am a software consultant. Can Customs and Border Protection
Inspector allow me to enter into US? Please note that the new Advance
Parole does not say that the bearer can leave US for personnel reasons.

3. Why my new Advance Parole is talking about urgent humanitarian
reasons or significant public benefits. Is this Advance Parole
document is not for me?? Are there different types of Advance Parole
documents for different people??

4. My new Advance Parole should have been like previous one?? Did my
attorney made any mistake when filing papers for Advance Parole?

I am really worried Please help me. I am thinking that I might be in trouble while entering into US.

No need to worry!

There is absolutely no need to worry about this new wording. USCIS' internal changes have led to this new wording but it DOES NOT affect the purpose and use of AP's for all of us.

My last trip in 2005 had the AP with the old wording, my latest trip in 2006 had the new wording and there was no difference, no questions asked, no special process for entry because of new wording.

This topic has been extensively discussed on these forums and you may have to do a search on it. However, take it from us, who have traveled on this "new" AP, there will not be any problems.
