Wondering if I will get deported

I came to the US leagally. My permit to work in the US has expired. I married a USC eight months after my permit was expired. Officially I am not able to work but I am working anyway, because there was a confusion with my social that I got sent two, one that has a permit restriction and another with no restriction. My main question is will I get banned from the US for Two years for working illegally?

If you file for AOS your illegal work and overstay will effectively be forgiven as you are married to a US Citizen, assuming they approve your Green Card application. As soon as you file you will be in legal status in the USA again. You will not get deported unless USCIS denies your AOS for some reason, although I repeat, they cannot deny your AOS because you worked illegally or overstayed your visa.
