Not really sure how to do this but I need help..my husband was sent back to his country (voluntary departure) and his first i130 was denied, but my appeal was approved. the case was sent to nvc which has sent the bill for the affidavit of support and told me to go ahead and send in the i864. so im getting the papers together for that but then what happens? any general timeline? what papers do they need for the next step? and do I have an interview also or just my husband? If I do will I need to be in Honduras also? Also is there any chance that my husband will be denied..he was deported to mexico 8 years ago when he first crossed the border and he came right back...hes from honduras
 
Approval of the I-130 does not get rid of the 3-year or 10-year or lifetime ban that was imposed when he got deported. Did they tell him how long he was banned for when he got deported, and how much they extended the ban when he came back?
