I just won a lottery Visa. The DV Program for 2004

I have I-485 pending

The following are my information
File Religious I-360 file February 2001
Approved Religious I-360 file July 2002

Finger Printed October 25, 2002
EAD Approved November 15, 2002
AP Approved November 14, 2002
Married February 1st while I-485 is pending

I applied for Filled (I-824 Pending): Follow-To-Join April 2003

My question can I apply for the Lottery Diversified and will that speed up my green and wife joining me soon.

Okum,
Can you tell me what all documents you submitted when you filed for I-360. Did you get any RFE? I filed my I-360 on Nov 5th 2002 with RD Nov 8th & on March 20th 2003 got an RFE. But the client is not disclosing what info is requested. They said that they will respond to it. Did you file for your I-485, I-765, I-131 after your I-360 approval?

Can you tell me what all documents you submitted when you filed for I-360
You will need the following:

Practical Training: after six months I applied R-1
After two years I applied for 1-360

Your organization must be
Exempted from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal

You will need employment letter from you organization stating that they are offering a job.
Revenue Code of 1986 (Attached the certificate to the application)
Your organization must have a minimum of $50,000.00 at the end of the year.
Your organization should be able to pay $ 15,000.00 (Single) (married $20, 000.00) in a year

You must be working full time in the in the ministry for about two years to be qualified. Your employer explaining, in detail, the your religious work and all employment during the past two years, and for the proposed employment. The employment should be religious based.

You will need to attach your college degrees NOT necessary seminary degrees.

Organization audited financial statement from IRS and current financial statement must be attached to the application.
