Won DV-2003 Lottery, now in US on H1B

Hello,
Won DV-2003 Lottery, Europe 260xx, working in US (H1B).
Somebody said no need to contact KCC at all, I just need \'adjustment of status\'.
Please could you tell me if this is right or not?

Also I am waiting for an answer from INS for my I-140 (company is doing a green card). Can I proceed in parallel? Which one is faster?

Yes, you can do parallel process, but with the number this high you may not even get a chance to get a green card

congratulation.
If you are right now in US, just try ask in your INS.
I\'m in similar situation and did same, but finally I sent my forms to Kentucky, because in INS nobody knew what to do.
