I just came back from court to collect civil case package. I have decided to file WOM with USCIS.

Hi:
I am interested in taking legal action as well as cases filed after me have been approved. What is your grievance though ? Your name check is cleared. In my case it's not and I can't use that as grievance due to new ruling by USCIS in February 2007 regarding Name Checks.
