just needs some info for a j1 waiver application.I got withholding of removal to my country from immigration judge five years ago,now i want to apply for a waiver of the HRR based on fear of persecution so that I can adjust as immediate relative.Do I need any more evidence other than the Immigration Judger order of withholding.Any commment is appreciated,and I thank all those who partiicpate in this thread,Lets help each other bros and sis,Thanks.
