Withdrawing Sponsorship of Alien

My sister is a us citizen and who just discovered that her husband of 4 months (who is not a US citizen) married her just for the purpose of obtaining a US citizenship. I am the one who sponsored him and I would like to withdraw that sponship. He currently has a temporary resident.

Question:
1. What is the formal procedure for withdrawing a sponship?
2. How do I file a complaint about his actions?

If your USC sister married this guy why did you have to sponcer him?

You can go to an INS office and let the information officer know that you wish to withdraw the immigrant petition you filed (for the reasons you wish to tell INS)

your sisters husband would automatically be considered out of status and INS will start deportation / removal proceedings against him.
