Hi all,
I have filed two non-PERM GC applications - one with current employer and one with future employer and unfortunately both are awaiting labor approval.
"I have heard that you need to wihdraw you non-PERM application to file under PERM. Both my applications are filed with different service centres. So if I file under PERM, do I need to withdraw both non-PERM applications or I just need to withdraw the application from the service centre where I file under PERM ?"
I will appreciate if you all can provide me with some info.
