I woould like to start a topic that may be non-mainstream.
1. How to withdraw I-485 effectively and soonest after I-485 was sent out?
(for example, some people may have rushed out the file lacking critical items; or you decide to submit together with spouse later; or people simply lose confidence and interest in GC--after all, GC may come back to bite you if you work abroad.)
4 situations:
1a) Sent out before arrival to USCIS
1b) Received by USCIS, before money is cashed
1c) Received by USCIS, money cashed
1d) After notice of receipt
2. If I-485 were withdrawn, and people later need to visit US (without the possession of AP or H), will they be considered free of "immigration inclination"?
Thanks.
