withdrawing COS petition

I had applied of COS from h1 to f1 as my previous project was over and after 1 month or so got query from INS. Meanwhile I got a very good project offer, so I would like to withdraw the change of status application.

Any suggestions regarding withdrawing the COS petition are welcome.
